March 12th, 2010 For those of you looking for a recap of day two of the CIS Track & Field Championships, I am importing footage to my editing software as we speak and hoping to get the video done before 4am like I did last night! I hope you got to see my day one video here and if not please check it out, I’ve been getting some good feedback on it. As for quick impressions of day two, Sam Effa (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) is a BAD man! As he takes down a 25 year old fieldhouse record in the 300m (33:76). And the Lancer women really flexed their muscles in their house telling the rest of the CIS if you want our title you are going to have to earn it!
